How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically after every treatment at either of our clinics. Points are added once your appointment is completed and payment is processed.
How do I redeem my points?
Mention your rewards balance at your next appointment or let our team know at checkout. Points are applied as a discount on your treatment.
When do tiers reset?
Tiers reset on January 1st each year. Your tier for the new year will be based on your spending from January 1 onwards. Your previous year's tier is recorded in your tier history.
What's the difference between points and tiers?
Points are your reward balance that can be redeemed for discounts on treatments. Tiers are based on your yearly spend and determine your membership level and benefits. Tiers reset each January 1st.
