By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate time for your treatment and subsequent appointments.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff illness, or emergencies. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time.

5. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer credit facilities.

5.4 Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments, refunds are generally not provided once a treatment has been performed. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to achieving your satisfaction and may offer complementary review appointments or adjustments where clinically appropriate.

6. Rewards Program

6.1 Program Overview

The Dermaq Rewards Program allows eligible members to earn points on qualifying purchases which can be redeemed for discounts on future treatments.

Points expire 24 months from the date they were earned if there is no account activity (earning or redeeming) during that period. We will send a reminder before points expire.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Any points earned before termination may be redeemed within 90 days of termination notice.

7. Referral Program

7.1 Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to all existing customers ("Referrers") and their referred friends ("Referred Friends"). The Referrer must be a current customer, and the Referred Friend must be a new customer who has not previously received services from us.

7.2 Referral Reward

Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will each receive a $50 discount on their treatment. The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7.3 How to Redeem

The Referrer must identify themselves and their Referred Friend at the time the Referred Friend books their first treatment. The Referred Friend must then complete their treatment for both parties to receive the $50 discount on their respective treatments.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice due to changing operational conditions, the occurrence of fraud, or any other reasons. By participating, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend agree to these terms.

7.6 Liability

We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers, technical malfunctions, or lost/delayed data transmission which may limit an individual's ability to participate in this program.

8. Gift Cards

8.1 Purchase and Use

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, gift cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the gift card or provided at the time of purchase.

8.3 Redemption

If the treatment cost exceeds the gift card value, the balance must be paid using another payment method. If the gift card value exceeds the treatment cost, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

9. Medical Disclaimers

9.1 Not Medical Advice

The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

9.2 TGA Compliance

In accordance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulations, we do not advertise specific prescription medicines or make claims about therapeutic benefits. All treatments are discussed during private consultations with qualified practitioners.

9.3 Risks and Complications

All cosmetic procedures carry inherent risks. Potential complications will be discussed during your consultation and detailed in consent forms. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information and follow pre and post-treatment instructions.

9.4 Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Australian guidelines for cosmetic procedures, a cooling-off period may be required between consultation and treatment for certain procedures. This allows you time to consider the information provided and make an informed decision.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Dermaq Aesthetics and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content without our prior written consent.

10.3 Trademarks

The Dermaq name, logo, and related trademarks are our property. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability
