Will People Know I’ve Had Aesthetic Treatment?

Short answer: not if you don’t want them to!

Will it be obvious from my face or body?

It depends on the treatment:

Anti-wrinkle injections: Usually no visible external indications immediately afterwards.
Most dermal fillers (e.g. cheek filler): Slight redness and swelling.
Lip fillers: Swelling that is visible for at least a day or two.

However, with any good treatment, the results should of course be visible. How visible generally depends on how dramatic an improvement you elected to make.

If you opted for very subtle lip filler for example, let it rest overnight, and don’t mention it to anyone, then it’s going to be much easier to conceal, if that’s what you wish.
